Countryway is located in Tampa, Florida 33635 and is bordered by:

Hillsborough Avenue to the South

South of Linebaugh Avenue to the North

Countryway Boulevard to the West

East of Montague Street to the East

Countryway is the MASTER association for 20 separate neighborhoods or sub-associations within the Countryway community. The Master Association is solely responsible for oversight and maintenance of the following items:

• Landscaping and grounds along Waters Avenue, Countryway Boulevard and Country Hollow. This includes the landscaping in front of each neighborhood’s signage, as well as an island in Fox Creek and The Estates
• Water quality within and mowing around all 15 ponds contained throughout the community
• Maintenance of the Waters Avenue Park, which includes 4 tennis courts, a picnic pavilion, playground and soccer field
• Maintenance of the Country Hollow Park, which includes 2 basketball courts, 1 volleyball court, a softball field and 2 dog parks
• Payment for Street Lights (Street Lighting District 517)
• Maintenance of the entry monument walls and signs at Countryway and Hillsborough; Countryway and Memorial Highway; Countryway and Waters Avenue; and Waters Avenue just west of Montague Street

*Please note the Countryway Golf Course is owned by a third party and is NOT a part of the Countryway Homeowners Association.

The 20 sub-associations are depicted on the bottom of this page. Each sub-association is responsible for maintaining the following items:

• Perimeter walls
• Landscaping and irrigation inside the neighborhood
• Architectural control applications and approvals
• Violations of the deed restrictions

Most Sub-Associations have their own website and a different management company. Management & Associates does not manage any of the individual neighborhoods within the master association. A majority of the neighborhoods are managed by University Properties. The Master Association was not granted permission to provide any information or links to various websites for the individual neighborhoods.
